Article Body:
Content as we know it is the Life-Blood or FUEL, if you will, of the Internet.

That was and still is the Internets sole purpose, except only now it's commercialized, giving the online entrepreneur the world at their fingers tips.

And the facts are that usually when people first come online it's not to go purchase something, it's to look for Information that will answer a question they might have about a particular product they're interested in and/or to a problem they are dealing with and are searching for a solution.

Ask yourself this, "Why do I go online?"

Does it resemble anything like what I just stated?

Only you can answer that.

These are simply the facts with out a doubt... Period!

Now that you have an idea of WHY people come online, I'm now going to explain to you how you can...

"Explode Your Google Adsense and Affiliate Commissions Through Niche Blog Content Sites"

Did you notice the last two words within the quotations?

That's right, Content Sites.

What are Content Sites?

I think it's pretty self explanatory but the basic definition of a Content Site is this - it's a site that contains targeted content that targets a particular niche or many niches.(niche examples: cars, fitness, hobbies, etc.)

Not quite up to speed on what a blog is, here's a quick definition of a blog - a blog(A.K.A. Web-Log) is simply a place to go and post your personal thoughts that you can share with your subscribers and/or readership and receive feedback.

Now that you know the basic definitions of a Content Site and a Blog lets continue.

Content Sites can contain Hundreds-to-Thousands of pages of keyword rich content, which by the way is exactly what the Search Engines love and will come back for if New content is added on a frequent basis giving the owner of that site lots of opportunity to benefit from the Free traffic inwhich the content pages, or what I like to call Feeder Pages, generate.

So, now that you have an idea of what a Content Site and a Blog is it's now time to tell you how you can build your own Niche Blog Content Site Empire, no matter what your niche is, using Blogs, Google Adsense and ClickBank affiliate products.

Bare in mind that the steps outlined below are only going to be a summarization of the actual process involved.

So, with that said, here it is.

Step #1. Set up a Blog.

The first step is quite simple. All you have to do is set up a Blog either through...

Blogger.com - http://www.blogger.com

or...

Wordpress

This blog your setting up is going to be the foundation of your Niche Blog Content Site and is where the rest of the pieces of the puzzle are going to be added to once you've set it up.

(Quick Tip: Make sure you use your Target Keywords within your URL of your niche blog and in the Title and Description. VERY Important!)

Once you have your niche blog set up move on to Step #2.

Step #2. Adding your Google Adsense code.

Depending on your experience with scripting and html, it's now time to add your Google Adsense code to your new niche blog in 3 strategic places.

Google allows you to add 3 Google Adsense blocks only to one page, no more than that, so I recommend one at the Top, one in the Right or Left sidebar depending on the template you choose and one at the Bottom of your blog.

By doing this your almost forcing your reader to click on a link within the Google Adsense block, which is of course, is exactly what you want and where your going to make the money.

The other great thing about Google Adsense is the ads are targeted to the content that you post, giving the reader even more reason to click through.

Here's a few resources for you that will show you how to add the Google Adsense code to your blog using the services I mentioned above if your not sure how to yourself.

Blogger.com

Wordpress

Simply follow the instructions and you'll have Google Adsense installed on your niche blog in no time.

Step #3. Find a related ClickBank product.

Now it's time to go shopping at ClickBank -  - for a related information product that targets your niche.

Once there click on the link Earn Commissions at the bottom.

This will bring to to their directory where you'll find many products to choose from that will target any niche your blog is about.

(Quick Tip: The first 10 listed under each category are the TOP converting programs, meaning... their the ones making the most money.)

If you don't have a ClickBank.com nickname you'll have to sign up for one. It'll only take you a few minutes.

From there, once you've chosen a program to join your going to want to collect all the affiliate materials available, like Articles, Banners, Text Links, etc., because your going to place these on your NEW niche blog site with your affiliate link linked to them so when your reader clicks on them and decides to buy the related information, you get the commission.

Well... there you have it, 3 steps to "Explode Your Google Adsense and Affiliate Commissions Through Niche Blog Content Sites".

Now the only thing left for you to do is to start building an audience by promoting your Blog.

Here's a few resources for you to get started with.

Remember this is just a summarized version and is only going to give you the basic steps, so good luck to you and your Niche Blog Content Site Empire.

Private Label Articles - Get More Useful Content At Low Cost and Effort

Private label rights (PLR) are one of the hottest things in Internet marketing today. Everybody wants to know what they are and, more importantly, what benefits they can get out of them.

In essence, PLR is a kind of license you acquire for material, which allows you to change and edit existing material and call it your own. Without having to do a lot of work, you could be credited as the author of the material and not have to worry about any violations in copyright.

Not a lot of people know about the PLR articles, much less why they should pay attention to them. Give yourself the edge and find out why you should know all you can about PLR and how you can profit from them in the most efficient and effective way possible.

1. Saves time and effort.
You probably already know how much work and time it will take to write an article. On average, a single 700-word article will take about two hours to compose from scratch. If your intention is to create a website with over 50 pages, then you can see how daunting and time-consuming the task of simply writing content will be. PLR articles will save you this time and effort.

2. All credit goes to you.
You are under no obligation to credit the original author for PLR articles. As such, when you publish them on your website, no outbound links and advertisements will be there to distract your visitor / customer. All links will be focused on your brand and your affiliates.

3. Saves you money.
This point requires a different point from saving time and effort simply because of economics. Hiring writers to create content for your website averages about $15 per article. If your site were to hold even just 20 articles that you need to update regularly (say every two weeks), you'd see how the bill could add up.

But if you were to acquire PLR for a set of articles, you could save money because of the economics of scale. Articles are bought at bulk and as such it is possible to get your hands on 200 articles for only less than $30.

4. Editorial freedom.
You don't like how the article is written or the information it is presenting? PLR allows you to change the material right away without needing to ask permission from the writer.
This is also especially useful for optimizing your website for search engines since you can enrich the content with keyword phrases to improve your rankings in SERPs.

5. Create a brand for yourself.
Today, it's all about distinguishing yourself from the rest. PLR articles allow you to provide content that is both relevant and updated. By doing so you build a reputation with your target audience as an expert. And since people would much rather go with someone they trust, your chances of return visitors increases significantly.

6. Get professional results.
Many of the writers who offer articles with PLR are professionals and have access to the latest information regarding your field of interest. By acquiring the rights from them, you avail yourself of their professional results without having to retain their services regularly.

With one set of PLR articles and some creativity on your part, you can extend the life of the articles to the point where the content has more than paid for itself. So when sourcing out a supplier for PLR articles, ask for sample works to demonstrate the quality of articles you would be purchasing.

Now that you know why you should seriously consider getting PLR articles, here are some ways to get you started on profiting from them.

1. Compile a list or report.
You can consolidate a series of articles of a similar theme and package them as a report or listing of information. While you may think that anyone can do this, you'd be surprised how little of this is done.

Many people don't have the time to read or the willingness to read several articles at different times. Providing them a simplified version of the information they want will be a welcome offer for your visitors. You can either give away the report for free, sell it as your own product or use it as content on your website.

2. Use PLR content to create a series of small articles
This is especially useful when producing material for an email campaign. A series is by far, one of the more effective ways to create a following with your audience.

Give enough to allow them a feel for what you're offering and hint at giving more of the same if they will subscribe to your mailing list. In turn, your emails promote your website by inviting them to visit you on a more regular basis.

3. Produce ebooks.
It is very possible for you to take a set of PLR articles and come up with an ebook, for which you can credit yourself as the author.

Since you have created an entirely new product you could repackage this and sell this with your own resale rights. Just like you, there are people who are looking for material they can use for their own promotion needs so cater to this market as they are increasingly growing in number.

As you can see, using PLR articles are not only effective in providing truly useful content. They are also cost and labor-efficient, which means you can focus more of your time to more important matters, whether they are for business or otherwise.

A solid keyword domain name is the key to establish a strong presence and making the resources of the Internet more reachable. With a great name, it's always easy to reach new and existing clients. Therefore, a number of companies are ready to spend a large amount of money to get hold of and promote a good keyword rich domain name.

Choosing a keyword domain name can be vital to the success of a website. In order to take advantage of search engine traffic, people choose keyword domain. By selecting a domain that is equivalent to a keyword search, websites are able to rank higher for targeted keywords and thus benefit from added traffic and more potential clients. Whether to opt for a brandable domain or a keyword domain is a choice one must make in accordance with their business plan.

Follow these simple rules to maximize the benefit of a keyword domain, accomplish success in directory submissions, and enhance site keyword density:

Structuring

Order the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) in such a manner that more vital keywords are listed before those that are less important. For example, if he target keyword is "money" then money-online.com would be more effectual than online-money.com.

Length

1. A majority of studies confirms that a number of people use two words or more in a search; as a result phrases are very useful.

2. Always stick to two-three keywords, with hyphens in between.

3. A lengthy, complex URL is more likely to be rejected by directory editors' sites from which one would like to receive links.

Correct English and Must Make Sense

1. In order to execute directory submissions and link popularity campaigns, the URL should be grammatically correct.

2. When examined by an editor, "money-online-white.com" might sound like a less-reliable resource while "white-money-online.com" sounds more justifiable and is less likely to be questioned.

Put together "power words"

In order to create a distinctive domain name that is still available, one way is to add another less important word to the mix. A few examples include: now, top, just, goto, pro, guide, online and find etc.

Avoid using most popular keyword phrases

There is intense competition for keywords in the marketplace, so stay away from the most popular keyword phrases. It is impractical to think that a new website could rank number one on a popular phrase like "Shop Online". A number of well-known companies who have been on the Internet for a few years will have the big advantage of link popularity and click popularity.

Try to register a .com domain

Always use ".com". In case it is a business website, avoid using domains ending with "ru" or "org". At once, one can consider registering a ".net" domain, but as most people are familiar with ".com", it is better to stick to convention.

In addition to the above, an understanding of the domain name system (DNS) is also vital while choosing a domain name. The DNS is set up to make regular words map to IP (Internet Protocol) addresses. In order to connect all computers on the Internet, an IP address is used by networks. A domain name can be up to sixty-three characters, comprising of letters, numbers, or the dash symbol. For example, in the world of computer networking, the web address fishing.com becomes the IP address 124.133.1.1. However, it's the domain name that people around the world use when looking for Web sites or sending an e-mail.

Finally, it is very important to choose a keyword phrase very carefully. This can be considered as one of the most critical decisions one will make regarding the success or failure of a website. One must identify the exact phrase that searchers will use to find a website. The more targeted the campaign is, the more increase in sales will be achieved.

With the advent of Google losing a court case (and a shed load of money) and the continued problem of click fraud the question is now on the tip of everyone's tongue – "Is Google Adsense still the cash cow that it was?".

In this article I'll take a look at ways in which the average webmaster may still develop a successful Adsense business and how to use the up and coming Google witch hunt to your advantage.

There are currently two main problems that are facing Google, both of which are serious and could lead to the demise of both Adsense and Adwords.

The first and most serious problem is that of click fraud. For those of you who do not know click fraud is the act of clicking on your own (or a friends) ads in an attempt to generate artificial earnings.

This is such a problem for Google as it ensures that the value that Adwords purchasers gets is significantly less then they would want, thus ensuring that sooner or later they will just get up and walk away (with what remains of their advertising budget firmly clamped in their hand).

To remedy this problem Google have tried putting several rules in place such as not allowing the webmaster to show Adsense ads in auto surf sites (to name but one restriction).

The second problem that Google faces relates to content, notably the amount of original content which is out there.

The problem in this case is that many people have purchased article scraper software (software that you point at someone elses website and just shout 'Fetch!' – it then returns a document collection which is a complete rip off of the site).

This was already a problem before the advent of Adsense sites and with the continual chain of people chasing high value keywords it has become worse; It is now possible to search for a given phrase on Google and return nothing but duplicate content for the first few pages of search engine results.

In order to address this problem Google has been modifying it's algorithm to effectively punish people with duplicate content, the extent to which an individual site is 'penalized' is currently a matter for debate.

So, given Google is about to launch a witch hunt looking for sites with nothing but duplicate content and for people performing click fraud what can you do?

After all there are so many people out there using site generation tools that Google can trace and/or document obfustication technology (you've seen the ads – "We can make your one original article into 300 and Google will never know!" – yep, and anyone who visits your site will just find drivel with spelling errors or contextual mistakes).

Step 1.
If you must use site generation software make sure you find one that leaves no trace behind itself, ask yourself – 'If I was looking at the source code from the generated page how would I know that it's machine generated?'

Step 2.
Don't use site scraping tools, they're immoral and a waste of your time

Step 3.
Do include RSS feeds into your pages, they add fresh content with no effort on your part (at least one of the site generation tools now supports this kind of functionality)

Step 4.
Don't click on your own adverts, Google will can you in the blink of an eye

Step 5.
Do get incoming links from established sites (in the same area as your niche content)

Summary.
If you are at all serious about creating an Adsense income you need more than one site and so it is inevitable that you will use site generation tools (because there aren't enough hours in the day for you to create the amount of pages by hand), by all means use these tools but use them ethically.

When using site generation tools ensure that they allow you to add multiple blocks of Adsense /Clickbank /Ebay code to each page (it saves you a lot of time) and that it performs search engine optimization for you (both on page and off page).

You should also take the time to write some of your own original content – like this or perhaps pay a ghost writer to create a batch of articles for you (don't forget to ad your bio box at the bottom of everything you write).

To answer the initial question, yes, it is still possible to make LOTS of money from Google – you just need to be careful.

Convincing your family members you want to work from home

Convincing your family members you want to work from home

It's a difficult ride if you want to work from home and yet, the most important people in your life are against the work at home concept. Article Body:
It's a difficult ride if you want to work from home and yet, the most important people in your life are against the work at home concept. It's a dream to you but it can be a nightmare for people who care for you. The whole idea of not having a stable income makes them worry about you, so, don't blame them. For all you know, you're terribly confident that your plan will work and you know you can commit to your new work at home business…you know that but THEY don't.

The first step you will need to take to help your family members accept your work at home decision is to understand how they feel. I know, I know, this is a time when you want others to understand you and accept your decision. You're tired of working for someone else and want to have the freedom of spending time with your family and friends, instead of lounging around in the office day in and day out. And here I am, telling you that you should understand the very people who are opposing you?

This is not a secret but think of it like some kind of a psychological plan. ever heard of the term 'reverse psychology'? Ok, you're required to use this and let me tell you this…it works like a charm! If you do this right, you will convince your family members that working at home is the best option for you.

Say things like, 'I know you care for me, love me and want what is best for me….', 'I understand what you're saying…', or 'You're absolutely right in saying that, I can't say you're wrong'. When you're talking to them in a non-attack way, they will back down and bring down their fences. This is an amazing way to help your family members accept your work-at-home decision. It's true, my own family members were not to keen on me wasting my law degree to start a work at home business either – to them, I am wasting my degree, wasting my talents and wasting my energy. And they don't want to see me suffer, be disappointed and face financial problems. Being parents, they want what is best for me and in their eyes, working at home is NOT the best moneymaking opportunity. Over the years, I have finally opened my parents' eyes to the working at home concept. They finally accepted it that I communicate with clients from all over the world and that I am being paid for the work that I do and that my income is comfortable.

As for the spouse, this is a little bit trickier. You see, in 2-income families, if one person wants to start working from home, the other spouse would have to be prepared to give up more of his or her income to cover for the stuff that is supposed to be covered by the now-working-at-home spouse. At least during the first few months of the business, that is. I mean, for 3 to 6 months after working from home, you'll have to expect to dig into your savings or the spouse would have to cover for expenses, so, naturally, he or she would be a little bit disgruntled with the fact. They're not being selfish – they're trying to deal with you breaking out of the comfort zone. Everyone, including you, hates that. So, don't expect your spouse to welcome the idea of working from home with wide open arms. There's bound to be some skepticism.

And skepticism from your loved ones is good too because it will keep you on your toes and you're feet remains firmly planted on the ground. So, the best thing to do with your spouse is to discuss the idea with him or her, sit down and plan the finances. For example, dig into your savings to cover for contribution to expenses, working part-time, telecommuting, cut down on expenses, selling the extra car, remortgaging, etc. Find a way and a plan to ease the discomfort for your spouse. Make sure he or she has nothing to complain about your working at home decision. It's incredibly difficult to accept, trust me, if you're not the one who wants to work from home. If you're on the other side of the fence, everything looks so bleak and uncertain.

Break through their barrier not with force, but with gentle compromising and understanding. Then, you'll get their full support for your work at home business.

Summary:
If you want to make money, home based business on the internet is a low cost and effective way to do it.

Keywords:
make money home based business, free home based Internet business, Internet based business

Article Body:
If you want to make money, home based business is the way to go. Having your own business operating out of your home is an inexpensive, almost free, way to generate a monthly income and have relative freedom from the 9 to 5 grind. As you own boss, you set your own hours and break times and still make money. Home based business ideas are many so you can literally choose anything that suits your interest and expertise and still make money. Home based business has a lot of positives.

The growth of the Internet has led to an explosion of home based Internet businesses using affiliate marketing as a way to make money. Home based business built on affiliate marketing means that you set up a website and redirect the traffic to an affiliate that pays you each time a customer makes a purchase by clicking through your website. This is an example of a free home based Internet business because it doesn't cost anything to sign up with other businesses as one of their affiliates.

However, there is a lot more to just setting up a website to make money. Home based businesses operating on the Internet cannot just expect the sites to make money without some extra work. The cost of an Internet based business is not quite free, because you do have to pay for the domain name and the web hosting, but when you compare it to the cost of setting up a bricks and mortar business, then you might consider it almost a free home based Internet business.

In order to make money through affiliate marketing you do have to become knowledgeable about how it works. Choosing onine merchants that people want to buy from will help you make money. Home based business owners with small internet businesses can get the information they need about operating a free home based Internet business by reading all the available information on affiliate marketing. The main thing is to choose a merchant that sells products consumers want.

To make money, home based business owners need to search the Internet to find the online merchants that rank highly in the search engines. Study the websites that have links to affiliates and find out how you can take advantage of a free home based Internet business. Think about what is hot in the market right now and set about finding merchants that offer quality products like these. Once you do this and have your website up and running, you will be well on your way. You do have to keep working at least a few hours each day to make money. Home based business using the Internet also means you have to be constantly on the lookout for new products and ideas.

If you want to make money, home based business on the internet is a low cost and effective way to do it.

Article Body:

My hair grows so damn fast. I have to get a hair cut every 3 weeks. Every time I need a haircut I go to Peter in downtown, Vancouver.

You know… Peter actually worked in New York 10 years ago. I guess you could say he earned his chops in New York. And he's cut hair for many celebrities, including Jim Carrey, etc.

Then he moved to Vancouver and opened his own salon.

Well, if Pete is good enough for Jim Carrey then he's good enough for Dan Lok.

I've been going there for 8 years now.

Talk about customer loyalty!

Yeah… so I'm sure you are asking why am I so damn loyal? Right?

What makes Pete different than the other hairdressers? Why do I go back to him again and again?

Well I'll tell you. Pete works at it. He builds loyal customers in each interaction and builds them into every haircut he produces. He didn't attract the stars simply because he cuts hair well (though he does). He also offers exceptional customer service.

And I have to tell you, even if Pete's haircutting ability wasn't 110%, I'd probably still go back. Why? Customer service. Commitment. Quality.

So ask yourself, how do YOU build loyal customers?

The best way to build loyal customers is by using the loyalty ladder concept. I want you to picture an ordinary ladder.

Now consider each rung of the ladder. Each "rung" is a "stage" of loyalty a customer may have. There are many different stages of loyalty customers demonstrate at each rung of the ladder:

* Raving Fan

* Devotee

* Member

* Customer

* Shopper

* Prospect

* Suspect

Let's describe each of these in more detail.

Suspect

The suspect is the lowest rung on your ladder, when a customer starts out on your loyalty ladder. This is when customer's are at the very bottom of your ladder. These are people who may or may not want or need what it is you sell. They may not have any money. They are simply people who are not buying.

Prospect

Prospects are suspects who have taken some sort of action like subscribing to your newsletter, giving you their email addresses or those who have asked you for some sort of free information. They are people who may turn into active customers, but aren't there yet.

Customer

A customer is anyone who has actually spent money with you. You have to differentiate between your prospects and your customers. This is one of the reasons it is so damn important you segment your lists. You don't want to have everyone on ONE BIG list.

At the very least, you should have a prospect list and customer list. You should treat your prospects and customers very differently. You should always give your customers more attention. Give them a better deal than everyone else. Why? They are already paying you for your products and services. Prospects are important, but customers are even more important.

Member

A member is someone who buys from you more than once. These are customers that now trust you. They feel they belong with you in some way. Now listen up. Customers who make two purchases are 10 times more likely to make more than someone who makes only one purchase with you. So anyone who is a member deserves special attention, because if they buy twice, they are likely to buy again.

Devotee

What's the difference between a devotee and a member? A devotee is someone who not only buys from you, but tells other people about you. They send you referrals. They promote you actively. They are happy to be your free sales force because they get so much value from you.

Raving Fan

The next stage in the ladder is Raving Fans. Usually only 1% to 5% of your customers become Raving Fans. They're one of your most valuable assets. They pretty much own everything you have. And, whatever new products and service you come up with, they will buy without blinking an eye.

The Raving Fan will stick with you for years as long as you don't screw up in a major way.

There's a very strong trust and bond with you and the Raving Fans. They trust you 100%. They want to see you succeed. They want to see you do well. If a devotee is someone who sells for you, a Raving Fan is someone who can't STOP selling for you. Raving Fans tell everyone about how fantastic you are. They talk about your company. They love you.

These days it's more expensive than ever to get a new customer. Most businesses in fact are acquiring their customers at a loss or break-even point. That means you have to get your customers to come back to you and buy again and again.

Why? That customer isn't simply profitable to you. They are your most important resource. What you want, what you need is as many raving fans as you can get.

You will succeed when you sort your prospects from suspects, move people up from prospects to customers, from customers to raving fans.

You need to have a marketing system that automatically moves people up the loyalty ladder as quickly as humanly possible.

Very soon, it'll be like me and Pete. I am one of Pete's Raving Fans. I send him clients. I sell for him WITHOUT him asking me to it. I write about him in my article! I only go to him and nobody else. And I am thrilled to show up every month, 12 times a year to give him money. And I'll keep going to him unless he retires from the business. That could be another 10 to 20 years.

You see how much a Raving Fan like me is worth to Pete's business?

Sincerely

If you're anything like me, you spend hours a week submitting your website to directories, and writing emails to exchange links. And, if you're like me, you hate every second of it and you look for an easy way out at every turn.

Unfortunately, there is no real easy way out - especially if you want to do it right, but I do have a couple of ideas to make your submission and exchange life easier.

There is nothing like spending an afternoon finding directories, finding your specific category and then submitting your website. It's a lot of work before you even get to the submission process, and by then exhaustion sets in, not to mention being frustrated
by the whole process.

There are any numbers of directory lists out there, but  keeps a close watch on a couple of hundred directories. He maintains an Excel spreadsheet of general and niche directories (some paid, some free) that you can download and use to keep track of your directory submissions. All directories are SEO friendly. This method is manual. Submission services are also offered.

At  you create a profile on the 4th Media website with your website details: Title, URL, and Description. If paid, you can have up to 10 different descriptions for a particular site. He offers several packages: free: do it yourself, paid: do it yourself, and they also have a submission service. There are mostly paid directories, some are free, and most are seo-friendly.

A third directory submission solution, and my favorite, is the Directory Submitter -

I found the Directory Submitter after using the above 2 solutions (and I still use them) but I just needed something to give me a feeling of accomplishment, so I started looking for an automated solution. I came across several but was unhappy with my results.

I found the Directory Submitter, checked out the trial version and decided to spend the money on the full version. It was money well spent.

The Directory Submitter works right from your desktop and is super easy to use. The hardest part is loading your profiles. Once you've done this, and then you are good to go. Like any software, you do have to get used to it, but this doesn't take long, and then you'll fly through submissions. On my second night using the software, I submitted a website to 30 directories. I was truly impressed. It normally takes me weeks get through 10 submissions.

The Directory Submitter isn't completely automated: sorry folks, but it won't do it all. You still have to decide the best category your site belongs in, you'll still need to manually type in any "captcha" images you come across. With any method of directory submission you use, you should always read the submission guidelines, for a better chance of being accepted.

Steps to Creating Your Internet Marketing Plan

Steps to Creating Your Internet Marketing Plan

Summary:
If you're the owner of a small service business, having a solid Internet marketing plan in place can both increase your name and brand recognition locally in your geographic area, as well as expose you to a whole new set of potential clients throughout the world. Here are 10 steps to creating a viable Internet Marketing Plan for your service business.

If you're the owner of a small service business, having a solid Internet marketing plan in place can both increase your name and brand recognition locally in your geographic area, as well as expose you to a whole new set of potential clients throughout the world.  If you have a business plan or vision that is written, you only need to integrate this Internet marketing piece into that existing plan.  However, if you are like many of my clients, you carry your business and marketing plans in your head without bothering to commit anything to paper.

Here are ten considerations you need to make as you complete your Internet marketing plan:

1.  Objective of Internet Marketing Plan:  What do you want to accomplish by using Internet marketing?  To find new clients?  Provide services and info to existing clients?  Sell services or products?  Educate your target market or your staff about your product or service? Create an online community for your target market? How much money to have to spend each month on this Internet marketing plan? Having a goal and budget in mind will make your marketing more effective.

2.  Marketing Funnel: The most successful online business owners have a marketing funnel (think of it as an upside down triangle) through which they "funnel" clients.  The process begins from the wide top of the funnel, representing low-cost products or free give-aways, and moving clients down through the funnel to the narrower portions which represent gradually increasing investments from the clients from your higher-priced products and services. What products and services do you currently offer?  Are they at varied price points that would create a funnel effect?  What plans do you have to increase your product or service line?  Will those new offerings plug gaps in your marketing funnel?

3.  Your Competition:  Knowing and understanding where you stand among your competitors can you help you strengthen your marketing message.  Do a keyword search for the terms someone might use to find your business online.  Write down the URL's of your top 5 competitors.  How popular and relevant are their sites?  You can check their traffic ranking with Alexa, http://www.alexa.com/#traffic, as well as see what other sites link to them. Does your competition offer something unique?  Where are the gaps in the service or product offerings?

4.  Target Market:  Instead of trying to marketing to everyone (the shotgun marketing approach), find a clearly definable target market that you can easily describe and locate. Are they male or female?  What age group?  What industry?  What socio-economic group? Where do they hang out on- and off-line? What do they read? To what groups and associations (real and virtual, personal and professional) do they belong? How much money do they make? Can they easily afford your product or service? What keywords are they using to search for businesses like yours online? (Note--you can do keyword research with free downloadable software, http://www.GoodKeywords.com).

5.  Solution to a Problem:  The reason that someone will buy your product or hire to you to provide a service is to solve a particular problem that they have. What problems and issues plague your target market?  How does your product or service solve that problem?  How does your solution differ from that of your competitors?  What makes you uniquely qualified to provide the solution to their problem?

6.  Branding Your Business:  Your domain name can either help you be memorable or cast you into a sea of "brandless" solutions. At a minimum, you'll want to buy both your personal name as well as the name of your business in the .com version, if it's available.  Then buy the .com versions of your product names and program names.  If you use a full-featured domain registrar, you'll be able to point and mask these domains to internal pages of your web site, or use them as stand-alone sales letter pages.

You may also think of problems faced by your target market or solutions that you provide and buy domain names in the .com version of those as well.  Internet marketer Dean Jackson brands his ebook on how to stop a divorce by owning the domain name, StopYourDivorce.com,  This is a compelling solution to his target market -- men who have been ignoring their wives' complaints of marital dissatisfaction and come home one day to an empty house and a note telling him that she's filing for divorce.

7.  Assess your website.  Your web site should be visually appealing, with one primary font for the text and a simple primary color scheme, along with an easy-to-navigate layout, and readily identifiable buttons to link to other pages in the site.   Your content should focus on and address the problems of your visitors and how your product or service can help solve their problems.  Rather than listing the features of your product or service, detail the benefits they'll gain from purchasing your product or service.  People rarely buy features -- they buy benefits.  Don't depend on your web site designer to write your content -- that is best done by you, as you know your business and your target market better than anyone.

Present a clear call to action that is clearly shown on every page of your site.  In an online business, your primary call to action should be getting the visitor's name and primary email address by asking him subscribe to your ezine or by giving him access to a free ecourse, special report, audio recording, or ebook.  Lastly, provide an abundace of readily available information to demonstrate your expertise (articles, blog posts, free downloads, giveaways, contests). Your visitor is always asking WIIFM (What's In It For Me) -- make your web site about your visitor, not about you.

8.  Online Business Management Technology:  Do you have access to the appropriate services and technology that will help you sell your product or service online?  At a minimum you'll need a merchant account (permits you to take credit card payments) that includes a virtual gateway (enables you to process transactions online) and a full-featured shopping cart that will permit you to sell both physical and electronic products and create a series of autoresponders to follow up with buyers and non-buyers alike.  Depending on your marketing plan, you may also want to investigate email newsletter distribution services, online appointment setting services, stand-alone autoresponders, blogging software, article submission sites, online press release distribution services, website content management services, and links exchange management services and software.

9.  Internet Marketing Strategies:  How will you create traffic to your website?  There are countless ways to do this, including: pay-per-click purchases (in which you buy a keyword at a search engine and pay for placement on that search engine for that keyword and pay for each visitor who clicks on that link and is sent to your site); organic search engine listing ranking (in which your site comes up at the top of the non-sponsored listings on a search engine by having keyword rich descriptions in the page title and page desciption meta tags and then optimizing each page for no more than 3 keywords in the first 250 words on a page); well-written email newsletter that is published on a regular basis; submission of articles on topics related to your target market to article submission directories; regularly post entries to a blog aimed at your target market, full of content discussing issues related to that target market; series of podcasts containing interview with experts of interest to your target market; ongoing series of teleconferences containing value-added content for your target market; submission of online press releases with new tips information for your target market; exchange relevant links with others in different industries with the same target market;

10.  Building a Team:  You'll never be able to do this all alone.  The most successful business owners don't even try.  You need to add experts to your team who are great at what they do so that you've got the time and energy to go out and do what you do best -- selling your products and services to your target market.  Some great experts to add to your team include a virtual assistant or online business manager, an online business coach, a web site designer, a graphic designer, a writing expert (editor, ghost writer, proof reader or copy writer), a bookkeeper, and intellectual property attorney, to name a few.

To conduct a successful Internet marketing campaign, you need to integrate your plan into the overall marketing plan/business vision that you have for your service business.  Some businesses will thrive off Internet marketing alone; however, for most, Internet marketing simply complements and enhances your offline marketing strategies.

Coffee franchises are springing up in almost every town and city worldwide. It is a tough business to be in when you consider the long hours, health and safety regulations and numbers of staff required.

When potential franchisees first look at this business they are blown away by the profit margins. Surely any business that has such high margins built in must be profitable?

In reality it is not as simple as that. For a coffee shop to be truly successful it needs to generate a huge number of sales to cover the fixed costs. The fixed costs are very high primarily due to the fact that business premises are required in shopping malls and busy high streets. This means that over half the turnover goes towards covering the rates and rents.

A coffee franchise needs a higher number of employees then most franchises due to the number of hours the business has to be open. The majority of turnover is done either before work starts, at lunchtimes, after working hours and during the weekends. Unlike some other franchises this is definitely not a nine to five business!

Staff costs are very high and then there is the problem with keeping them. Most employees in a coffee shop franchise are only doing this work until they manage to get a better job! This means that there is a constant turnover with staff and this can be a nightmare to manage. Most new members of staff will require some training.

A coffee franchise usually sells a lot more then just coffee. Most also supply sandwiches, cakes, pastries and other snacks. On a busy day it is far too easy to run out of supplies too early whilst on a quiet day some of the food might have to be discarded. The regulations involved with selling food to the public means that detailed records have to be kept.

Competitive forces are also at play with a number of new fast food franchises entering the scene as well as speciality sandwich makers. These are all conspiring to take away some of the regular trade from the coffee franchises.

It is still possible to make money with a coffee shop franchise and to achieve this needs careful planning and the right strategy. Premises must be found that are on busy thoroughfares for the right terms.

Only the best coffee should be served. Not all coffee shop franchises adhere to this simple rule! Some even restrict you into buying coffee beans only through their own supply chain. This can be troublesome especially if the tastes in your area are varied and different.

The ideal solution is if there is a right balance between the coffee you have to buy from the franchisor and the flexibility to source it elsewhere. This also helps to make the business more profitable as most franchisors charge a premium compared to sourcing and buying quality coffee beans elsewhere.

If you are prepared to work unsociable hours and have people skills especially with regards to dealing with employees, then a coffee shop franchise might still be the right business opportunity for you.

Submit Article 101: Get Free Publicity With Article Marketing
If you are looking to gain exposure and increase traffic for your website, there's a terrific new way to spread the word about your new spot on the world wide web.

Keywords:
article marketing, article directory, website promotion, traffic generation

Article Body:
If you are looking to gain exposure and increase traffic for your website, there's a terrific new way to spread the word about your new spot on the world wide web.  A submit article directory is one of the best, free ways to promote your business.  The bottom line is that not everyone has the advantage of being able to afford a large marketing campaign, print or television advertising.
If you've ever been browsing through a website and found an article with a brief paragraph at the end, which shows the author's name and a link to their website, then you have already experienced the success of how to submit an article in exchange for free publicity.  An internet entrepreneur prepares an article, which is centered around their niche and submits it to a submit article directory.  This process begins to work when other webmasters visit the submit article directory in search of articles for use on their own websites.  Everyone wants interesting content for their website and this is a great way to find it.  They may see this article and decide to add it to their site with the condition that the author is given full credit at the bottom of the feature.  The credit will likely include the author's name, brief bio and link to their website.
For each individual who reads your article, there is added potential for new customers.  If they weren't interested in your specialty, they wouldn't be reading the article in the first place.  So, you've already reached someone who has a direct interest in your product or niche.  Once they are finished reading the article, they are likely to visit your website if they found the information to be valuable.
Submit article directory services are completely free for writers, as well as webmasters.  Consider that you are opening an internet collectibles store and need to gain interest, spread the word and find customers for your new business.  Well, you are obviously a collectibles expert since that's your chosen business, so write about it.  Select a topic, write a brief feature, offer advice and submit the final copy to a submit article directory.  At the bottom, always be sure to include a brief paragraph with your name, some information about your new company and a link to your website.  When other webmasters stop by the submit article directory in search of news for their site, they may be inclined to use your work on their website.  If they do, they will also include a link back to your site.
Submit article directory services provide the potential for a large amount of increased traffic and exposure for a new, or existing, website.  There is no better way to gain respect in your profession than by being knowledgeable about what you do.  If you are, it will shine through in your work and people will be drawn into your site in search of even more information.  Submit article directory services are one of the most powerful new promotional tools available to online entrepreneurs and, best of all - they don't cost a penny!  It's true what they say - the best things in life really are free.

Draw in Massive Amounts Of Traffic, From Search Engines, By Writing Articles About Your Online Business!

Summary:
Getting large amounts of people to your web site can be as easy as writing a few articles. I have found that writing articles can bring in huge amounts of traffic when done correctly. You can literally find your articles in front of millions of web sites on the search engines results, for popular search terms. All this can be done for the price of a well written article.

Article Body:
Getting large amounts of people to your web site can be as easy as writing a few articles. I have found that writing articles can bring in huge amounts of traffic when done correctly. You can literally find your articles in front of millions of web sites on the search engines results, for popular search terms. All this can be done for the price of a well written article.
I have written many articles that have grabbed the attention of search engines. The reason the articles are placed on the first pages of Google, Yahoo, and, MSN is mainly due to the fresh new content that the articles possess. I have written quite a few articles, but one that I recently wrote was titled "Easy ways to get noticed by search engines" this article brought in an amazing amount of free traffic to my web site. I was shocked to learn, that when a search into Google was done for "ways to get noticed by search engines" Google came up with 20,800,000 results for that search term. Guess who's article at the time, was positioned in spots, #1, #4, #6, if you guessed my article you are right!
The most important thing you should remember when you write an article is that "The Job of the Search Engine is to, Bring Up the Most Relevant Web Site, for a Particular Searched Term".
Getting search engines to bring up your articles is, just one of the reason that makes writing articles for traffic so attractive. The content can be what ever you want it to be. Just remember to come up with a good title that is relevant to your article. For example if you make soap at home, you can write an article about anything that is relevant to soap making, and you can even use multiple articles, and topics, to bring in several streams of traffic to your web pages. You can write an articles that covers" how to make home made lavender soap." with a combo of another article written about "The history of LYE in soap making" If you follow the steps that I cover in this article, it is very possible that when a person searches for "lavender soap", and "Lye for soap making" it will be easy for people to come across your articles using the search engines. From there the reader is just one link away from your web site.
For starters, understand that it is crucial to have keywords in the title of the article. It is also very important to have the same keywords in the body of the article. Try to use the keywords in the article as many times as possible, without making it obvious that you are loading the article up with keywords.
If you do not get anything from my article at least understand this "The job of search engine is to bring up the most relevant pages for particular a search word, or phrase". Write a relevant article, and I can guarantee the article will find it's way to the first pages of the search engines.
I will give you a few ideas on how you can use this to your advantage. No matter what your web site, or on-line business is about you can write an article about it. People are searching for almost every topic the world has to offer, in other words, if you write it, they will read it!
Here are a few article writing tips that will help you to bring in massive amounts of free traffic from the search engines.
1.) The keywords, that your article focuses on needs to be in the title. I found that "Easy ways to get noticed by search engines" worked extremely well.
2.) Inside the body of the article you need to use the same keywords that are in the title. For the example I used earlier I repeatedly used the keywords "search engines, and noticed" etc.. as many times as possible. (don't go crazy with this step however remember it, is important.) The purpose of this step is to write an article that is relevant to those particular keywords, or phrase. ( I really can't stress that point enough I'll repeat that one more time!) The purpose of this step is to write an article that is relevant to those particular keywords, or phrase.
3.) Submit your article to as many article directories as possible. Not all directories are created equal some have a popular appeal to search engines while other directories have no appeal what so ever.
4.) All article directories have a resource box. This is where you can get your readers to your web site. Here is something that I might include in the resource box. I am Michael Ditch if you liked my article you might like to visit my web site at ( add the link htpp....) where you can learn great Internet Marketing tips, and learn hundreds of techniques to bring thousands of people to your web site. (I used this is just an example, you can write what ever you would like to, but what ever you write, it should cover the "why I want to visit your web site.")
5.) Writing articles takes practice, but "practice makes perfect!" The greatest thing about writing articles you can write about anything, and you only have to write it once!
6.) Remember not to forget the important things like the "Who, What, Where When, and Whys" Include a short introduction, body, and conclusion.
(warning) Do not write an advertisement, no one likes to read advertisements. in the first place and, the article directories will not post your article if you write an advertisement.
Here is another beauty of writing articles, web site owners need content. They will search, and search for new content to put on their web sites. If they like your article they will post your article in their blogs, on their web sites. That might frighten you, but here is the deal, if they use an article that you write, they have to include the resource box information. That is a big bonus for you because, you will have another link pointing back to your web site for no cost.
Another benefit to writing an article, is just when the search engine gets tired of your article, and places it on page 5, or 6 that article can come back to life again, on page one, all because someone placed it in their blog, or web site. If you write articles about your business, or your web site, in time, you will have thousands of sites, that have links that point back to your web site. If that is not motivation enough to write than I do not know what is!
So get out there and start writing relevant content.

The potential of many of the UKs dealerships will never be realised unless they start to use the tools they are provided with in the correct way.   There is also a good argument that some dealerships are working so hard to achieve their potential that their old antiquated DMS cannot provide the tools needed. Many dealerships need to change their DMS solution because of this.  However some view change as troublesome and worrying.  There is a simple question that needs to be levelled is your dealership achieving what it should if the answer to this is no then a review of your DMS is essential.

I am often asked about what changes are needed to dealerships to gain that competitive edge?  The simple reply to that is you know your dealership, staff and customers better than I.   What I can say is that without dedicated, trained and motivated staff even the best DMS in the world will fail.  People and process are the most important things in any dealership.  Lets be clear about this, DMS is just a device used to achieve set down objectives.  It helps if your DMS contains all the tools necessary.

Many in the industry now see that tools such as Showroom systems, Customer relationship management (CRM), analytical reporting, Internet marketing and time management systems are essential.  These all should be available integrated into the DMS.  There are many of these products available as stand-alone but few integrate, this means yet more work for the user duplicating information.

Choosing a DMS that suits your business is a bit like choosing a business partner, it needs very careful thought and consideration.  The following were listed in the last issue as relevant questions to ask and are still essential today.

· How will it give us a return on investment and over what time?
· Where will it cut costs/enhance efficiency?
· Is it designed to grow with our business?
· Is it capable of operating multi-company, multi site, multi-franchise?
· Will it communicate efficiently with customers on the web, in the call centre and on the dealership floor?
· How good is the CRM part of the system?
· How easy will it be for staff to adapt to the system? What training is required?
· From talking to other users of the system, how good is the suppliers customer support?

Once you have chosen and implemented the DMS that's where it begins.  So many dealers forget that constant training and reviews of process need to be addressed.  It is recognised that the average dealer should book at least two days training a year.  A decent DMS provider should always be prepared to share their experiences on good working practices.  I also think that as business partners the dealer and the DMS provider should document process controls.  Simple but effective training training training.

I'd echo other industry observer's recent comments about the current obsession with running a hosted DMS solution.  It's imperative for a DMS to have access to web services providing third party data delivery, and indeed using the internet as a transport mechanism for multi-site connectivity is a cost effective solution.  However, running a DMS over the web where the server is in a datacentre all too often ends in tears.  The UK communications infrastructure is not mature enough to reliably run a remote web server based application as intensive as a DMS with adequate performance.  How many problems do you have with slow Internet connections?  We offer the service, but we don't actively promote it.  Keep your DMS server within your business.

Most dealers owe it to their potential to review the DMS market.  I believe that Gemini Systems Dealer Management Systems should be one of the systems reviewed.

When you want to make money as an affiliate, it can be confusing when you first start out. The terminology may seem like another language and it is very easy to get frustrated. However, keep in mind that once you understand the process of affiliate marketing, it will seem almost silly at how stressed you got to begin with.

Affiliate marketing is not very difficult. However, there are certain guidelines that you can follow if you want to increase your chances of success.

1) Keywords- keywords are a very necessary part of affiliate marketing. It is what people use to find your site and ultimately become a customer. There are a lot of sites on the Internet that can offer software to assist you in finding the right keywords for your product. Some of the sites have a fee; others offer their software at no cost. By doing a simple search, you will find plenty to choose from.

2) Autoresponders may not seem like they are needed, however, they are an intricate part of how to set up leads from your website visitors. With an autoresponder, you can place forms on your site for your visitors to fill out for more information regarding your products or services. You can also give them a free subscription to your newsletters, flyers, e-books, and anything else you can think of to get their business. After they have subscribed, you can send them information weekly, biweekly or monthly regarding your business. Just like traditional shoppers, online shoppers need to see what you are offering and what type of marketing you are using.

Note: It is also very important that you check your autoresponders to make sure that they are working properly. There is new technology created every day to stop the flow of Spam mail, email filter may not allow your email to be delivered.

3) Don't go it alone- It is important that you do not feel alone. Talk to someone who can assist you in your affiliate marketing. There will always be someone who knows more than you, and their assistance may be the difference between success and failure.

4) Talk to your customers- it is great when you have a steady customer base. However, it is important that you not only email them, you should also call them once in a while so they are reassured that you are a real person. Sending out seasonal greetings is a great way to show that you appreciate their business.

5) SEO- It is critical that you are up to date with the latest search engine optimization (SEO). Popular SEO sites contain the most up to date information on every aspect of online business. So search for them in your favorite search engines, subscribe to their ezines and apply what you have learned to your own websites.

It is a sure thing that your competitors are doing everything they can to get your customers. So you should do everything you can not to let them!

This article gives a review of a top free music download site. There are so many dubious music sites on the Internet, and so I offer to you a site that has given me great success.

When you decide that its time to download music off the Internet, it can be a complete nightmare when starting to look.

The issue of downloading illegal music makes the situation even worse, and so you are left in the dark and end up either not downloading any music, or spending money on several different sites hoping that they will fit your needs.

We are all aware of the major music download sites, such as Napster and iTunes which are the sites that pop into your head when you think of downloading music, but there are many other sites out there that give you the same choice and quality at a much cheaper price, or even for free.
This is because those companies are smaller, with fewer overheads and advertising costs and therefore they can afford to lower their prices and achieve a competitive advantage over the major players.

In fact, many of these cheaper sites only charge a one-off small time fee and from there you can download as much free music as you wish. There are no restrictions on the volume of music that you can download or on the speed at which you download.

These sites give you almost unlimited freedom.

On the other hand, the well-known sites that I mentioned earlier often charge you per song, which can mount up to a serious amount of money (almost the same as buying a CD in a shop), and also they have restrictions on download speeds and volumes which can be extremely frustrating; especially when you have paid a decent amount of money.

You might be asking yourselves why the big brand name companies charge more than these other sites and I have been pondering this for a long time.

I think it maybe due to the fact that these companies are so well-known, and they are aware of this. Consequently, they are confident that the majority of people looking for a music download service will come to them, and pretty much only them because of the trust people have for a brand.

Through knowing this, they realize they can charge a little extra than others without losing much custom.

We all know that brands are more expensive than non-brand items and most of the time non-brand items are of the same or even higher quality.

For example, when I go to the supermarket, there are certain products that I buy which are non-branded; not solely because I want to save money, but because I know that this certain product is of the same quality if not higher quality. Therefore, in this case why not save?

I have come across a free music download site that has been positively reviewed by many happy customers. It offers you an alarming range of mp3s to download from, up to 14 million in fact.

Furthermore, the speed at which you download the music is lightening and there are no download limits. If you wish to burn the music onto a CD then if offers you this option, and if you ever get stuck there is free 24 hour support so no need to panic if you are not a computer wiz!

If you check the sites ranking on Alexa you will see that it comes in the top 11,000 most popular sites in the world. Personally I find this extremely impressive for just a music download site, especially when Napster is ranked in the 50,000s.

This traffic knowledge for me reinforces that it is a creditable site.

In my experience, I have had great success in this site and to be honest it is a hidden gem. Even the quality of the music is of the highest caliber and so I highly recommend this to you.

I know how frustrating it can be to find an honest site, and so I hope I have relieved a little of the pain of searching around and looking through reviews.

If you do not find the site to your liking, you are more than entitled to a refund so really there is not much to lose. I hope this article has been informative to you, and good luck in finding a free music download site.

To keep your website visitors stay longer, you need to engage them. Follow these 10 simple rules to build a set of core loyal visitors who will return to your site frequently.

1. If you have a brick-and-mortar business and you want an online presence, don't just hand over your printed brochure to the web developer for your site's contents.

2. Get good text, picture, and video contents related to your products or services and organize them into categories for your website publication. How do you get contents? You can ask your kids to write contents for you. Today's kids are information savvy and know how to do research on right topics. They can help take pictures and videos of your products and provide narrations. If you cannot leverage your kids talents and you don't have time to develop contents, buy them from online sources, like distributors of private level rights to articles and stock photographs. You need a small content set to launch your web site.

3. Ask your developer for some sample websites he has developed in the past and review them. If you find clutter, music, unprofessional graphics, etc. in those sites, run away from the developer. Tell your web developer to use basic search engine optimization techniques for your web site. Use a developer who uses content management systems (CMS) to develop websites. You or your kids and spouse will be able to maintain and add contents regularly to an CMS without much efforts.

4. You must have an About US page in your website that explains the expertise of your company and your unique selling proposition. Also, you should provide a phone number and an e-mail address for contact.

5. Publish a weekly tips section in your website. If you are in a business for a long time, you have a wealth of knowledge about your business, market, and technologies involved in your business. Make it a habit of jotting down one tip every day. You will have plenty of tips for your weekly publication.

6. Don't use guest books, testimonials etc. These are so Web 1.0 concepts. Use a forum. Let your customers interact among themselves. Develop a value network. You get into the insights of your customers' minds by reading their posts and your visitors know your products and services by talking to each other. As a result, you will be able to provide improved products and services and ask for a premium price.

7. Promptly answer all your visitor's e-mail. This is one thing you should never delay. Use your visitors comments, e-mail, and other form of communications to generate ideas for new articles and tips.

8. Tell your web developer to include an RSS feed on your site and publish a filtered news related to the market you serve and emerging technologies in that market. Don't use a weather report. Nobody comes to your site to check the weather.

9. Publish a frequently asked questions related to your products and services. It helps save your visitors' time and efforts when they are looking for information on a particular topic related to your website.

10. Did you know that the average person must be exposed to an offer around seven times before they will make a purchase? Make your website an advertising platform for your most popular items. Advertise them through out your site but don't use any 'in-your face advertising' techniques. You can use side bars for this type of advertising with interesting anecdotes, pictures, etc. Be creative and use your imagination.

Your website is your publishing medium. It is not your online catalog. You want repeat visitors who spend their time at your site for valuable information. The possibility of visitors turning into a paying customers improves when they stick around your site longer.

There is no doubt that eBay is packed with competition. Each day there are millions of dollars passing through that website into many accounts. If you follow these four tips, you will easily succeed and dominate the competition on eBay.

1) Try to get excellent feedback.

When you first sign up with eBay, you will have zero feedback. Most buyers will stay away from an eBay newbie with zero or very low feedback. Start building your feedback rating by selling personal items from around the house that you no longer want. This is a good way to get the feel of using eBay and to build positive feedback. You should invest in a good digital camera. Good clear pictures are an important selling feature on eBay. Remember to describe your items accurately and honestly. Do not try to trick or deceive buyers in any way. You really cannot afford receiving negative feedback this early in the game.

2) Do not lie about your auctions.

Do not ever use deception in your auctions or try to make money with shipping costs. If you treat your customers the way you expect to be treated you will never go wrong. You will certainly be well on your way to building a reputation as an honest future power seller.

3) Stay away from negative feedback.

If you happen to get a few bidders that do not pay, just simply resist the temptation to leave negative feedback for them. Leaving negative feedback will only result in possible retaliation by the non paying bidder and negative feedback for you.

Keep in mind that you do not want any negative feedback right now. Buying items off of eBay is another great way to build positive feedback. When you win an auction, pay for the item immediately. The result will be positive feedback for you. Most buyers will not care whether your feedback came as a result of buying or selling ,just as long as it is positive.

4) Do some research before making wholesale purchases.

After you have built a significant feedback rating, you should be ready to start purchasing wholesale merchandise to sell on eBay. If you have your eye on a particular item you think might sell on eBay, first do a search of that item to find out what people are bidding. If it looks great then it is probably a good deal for you. If it does not appear to be getting many bids, you should stay far from it.

You can also do an advanced search for auctions that have already ended. This is a great way to find out the final bid price for a particular item. A few extra minutes of research can save you from a giant headache down the road. It can also mean the difference between making money or not.

Remember that eBay is the largest auction site in the world. There are people who make a living selling and buying items. They will fight the competition in order the stay dominant. After following these simple tips, you too will easily dominate the competition.
